For the past 30 years, almost 400 doctors fill the rinks of the Vernon area for the same two-day, four-game weekend to determine bragging rights for the next year. The tournament has become a spring focus for physician hockey players.

Let's see now who went home with awards, this 2012 year.

This is the largest Physicians' Hockey Tournament in Western Canada. It is open to medical physicians from any location who are currently practising in any discipline, medical residents, medical students, and retired medical physicians. Teams consist of physicians only. Non-MD's are not allowed to particpate.

Through all these years, we have had so many participants from different areas of medicine. This makes us proud to say that we are one of the best venues around - and a great venue to meet with so many medical colleagues. And as some have stated, "A great way to meet the legendary Will Cawkell in person."
